TechnipFMC has been awarded a significant contract by Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited for the supply of Subsea 2.0® production systems for the Bonga North development.
The scope includes the design and manufacture of subsea tree systems, manifolds, jumpers, controls, and services, leveraging TechnipFMC’s innovative configure-to-order Subsea 2.0® solution.
Jonathan Landes, President, Subsea at TechnipFMC, remarked, “This award underscores Shell’s continued trust in our technology and positions us strongly for future deepwater opportunities in the region.”
This substantial contract, valued between $250 million and $500 million, reflects the growing emphasis on advanced subsea technologies to drive efficient and sustainable deepwater production.
