Kuwait Oil Company Awards $140 Million EPC Contract for North Kuwait Wells

Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has granted a $140 million engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract to Mechanical Engineering and Contracting Company for flowline and associated works at exploratory and Jurassic wells in North Kuwait.

The project is expected to commence in early November 2024, with completion anticipated by the fourth quarter of 2026, according to reports. This development aligns with KOC's continued efforts to expand oil and gas infrastructure in the region.
